Senior Account Manager

Sock Club is looking for a full-time Senior Account Manager to join our small and mighty team.
Sock Club is the #1 name in custom branded socks for companies. Our clients include Salesforce, Amazon, Facebook, and Tito’s. We are looking for an individual to join our sales team that can help expand and strengthen our accounts with our corporate clients.
How this job is different from other sales positions

  • You are not required to meet daily metrics like dials, emails sent, or other productivity metrics. Your results are judged by your overall customer satisfaction scores and closed revenue.
  • This is inside sales. You have a book of business that you are responsible for growing. There is no playbook for growing your accounts - your manager will work with you on your creative solutions to reach the potential of your accounts.
  • Bonuses and measurements of the success of ALL teams at Sock Club are directly based on the success and achievements of the sales team.

  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with other teams day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and QA
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Development to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage accounts to success, high customer satisfaction, and return business
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience
  • Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
  • Identify and approach potential clients


  • 2-4 years of experience as Senior Account Manager, building B2B relationships and account expansion
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and to effectively handle numerous and often simultaneous priorities with stakeholders across all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Knowledge of Hubspot a plus
